New Location for Just For You, Too Consignment Shoppe

Busy, Busy, Bee!!! Moving the shop has been so crazy, sore bones, aching backs, mind thinking noN stop even at night and lots of beer and late night jaccuzi to make things easier!.

We just love the new location, high ceilings, italian stone floor, soft warm carmel walls and fabulous bathrooms. I can practically fall asleep on the commode because the dark warm wallpaper.

This move has been a long time in my mind, didn't know where I was going to be, when I was going to be there or what it would look like. But as always, the universe (GOD) has out done Himself by blessing us with beyond my expectations. "I AM A REAL SHOP NOW!"

Just spilled my beer-customer just left. Spent a big $5.00. Everything in store is 25% off. Nobody shows up. Hugh signs on windows, Clearance, Sale, Hell no one cares in the little old depressed town. Nobody sees me, I feel invisible. Like a ghost who yells, screams, shouts and no one hears. She clangs, knocks, glunks, bangs, plays her guitars, fingers the piano, but nothing. She hears, the others hears, but human beings - they are deaf, may be even dead, closed to noise, the sights, the colors of death.

The Fire Dragon! Today, I found this image on the internet. I feel his heat, my blood boils with fear and my legs shake so much they go limp. Help me, I'm scared.

I've always been in fear of change. Yes, I like to change things, but when it appears out of no where, like this image, when you least expect it, FEAR invades and wraps around my mind.

Waiting, Watching, Looking for the least bit of sign, a magical direction guide, a voice from the all-knowing while all I hear is nothing, quiet, you could drop a pin or I could fall asleep and not hear it.

In the past, I prayed to my Almighty, I fasted, I spoke to other about what they think and I waited. Now I don't! It is not that I don't have faith, I know God has directed my entire life and I have been on many advertures with him. Things I never know was in me, showed me I can't do almost anything I put my mind to do. Once the waiting is over, I know that the change, the challenge, the new direction was what I was suppose to do.

BUT THE FU--ING WAITING-i can't take it. I'm getting to old for this. Well, the BIG Question is put out to the universe. WHAT NEXT? i'm listening.

Well, I did it. This was from my camera, no sound though, that would be nice. Emma, Aaron, Joe and Joey sitting on fireplace at Christmas 2006. Emma was 2 months old and crying. You can tell Aaron's not a father yet. Just tip the baby to and fro and maybe her brain will rattle enough she will quit crying. Poor Emma.

LABOR DAY WEEKEND

NO, THE KAYAK'S WILL BE IN THE RIVER OR LAKE not sitting in the backyard. I will be floating around looking at the wildlife, ripples and having a beer. Cleo, (Cleopatra, queen of the house) will be romping around the yard with China our cat and Joe will be reading his book, on the glider I found curb side. My mom will celebrate her 84th birthday on Sunday at the Hathaway House in Blissfield, MI. This will be our Labor Rest Day Weekend. Store will be closed Sun and Mon. Hope everyone enjoys the weekend.

BACK TO SCHOOL DAZE

Just a few weekends left before school starts. Finally, the heat has broken and a fabulous warm day without the humidity is before us this weekend. A perfect day for kayaking, but maybe later, because now we have the BTS kids in here shopping. As requested my back area has our teen area all organized by the funky fashion lines. Rave, Forever 21, Gap, Hollister, Abercrombie, Aeropostale, Wet Seal, IZ and others. What a fab place to get all your namebrands in one place-yea even the cool guys hang out here.

Yes we have fun here, we even play dress up sometimes. Note the Wig and crazy outfits.

We just got back from the NARTS (National Association of Resale and Thrift Stores) Convention in San Antonio, TX. We had a fabulous time and are looking to the future in expanding our shop with new ideas and fresh merchandise. We are introducing NWT Wedding Dresses at our location on 1542 Reynolds Rd at Dussel in Maumee. 419 893 3225. We are looking foward to dressing our Bride Diva's in our new Wedding Room.
